Inner Child Work helps you reconnect with the parts of you that still hold unprocessed emotions, fears, or patterns from childhood. By offering understanding and compassion to these aspects, we create space for healing, self-acceptance, and emotional growth.

Gestalt Therapy is a present-focused approach that brings awareness to your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in the here and now. Through experiential techniques, dialogue, and embodiment, it helps you recognize patterns, process unresolved feelings, and develop a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Rooted in the work of Carl Rogers, this approach is based on the belief that every person has the innate capacity for growth and self-actualization. In a supportive and accepting environment, you can reconnect with your true self, gain clarity, and reach your full potential.
